In total this gin contains 30 botanicals and all of them are distilled at once following the principles of the London Dry Gin. The gin is also a very local product since it's produced in the Flemish region called Pajottenland and they choose to use as many local and fresh botanicals as they can.
Number two, is developed together with Andy Brewer and Nico Corbesier of hotel and restaurant “Les Eleveurs” in Halle . The botanicals include juniper, coriander also bergamot citrus , black tea, Sichuan pepper and Japanese algae. The alcohol comes from Jonagold apples from orchards around the farm. The combination of fruity Belgian Jonagold with the salt of the algae, the bergamot and Chinese black tea makes Number Two a real globetrotter .
